Timeline concept: pixeled word Past Now Future on digital screenTime Line Therapy™ is a very powerful therapeutic process that was developed by Tad James, Ph.D in the 1980’s. It uses the concept that we store our internal memories or events in a linear storage system.

TLT uses processes and techniques for personal growth and change by facilitating the elimination of negative and sometimes painful emotions attached to memories or events that we have stored in our past.

One of the many advantages of TLT is that we can learn from those events and use what we learn as a resource for the future. It quickly enables us to release and clear “gestalts” (chains) of an emotion all at once ie clearing away all the anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt from the root cause. It only clears away the negative emotions attached to the event, not the memories themselves.

TLT is invaluable in resolving negative emotions and clearing away limiting beliefs and phobias which may have been holding you back for many years.
